Many inquiries are of the following nature, so we have provided this list of FAQ's for your convenience. Take a quick look, your question may be answered below.

Pets
As a general rule of thumb, we do not allow pets. However, if you are traveling with a pet, please let us know when making your reservation. We can discuss any specifics and address any concerns we may have. Please be advised that if you have a pet at any of our Bights & Sounds Vacation Homes, you may be subject to a $50 cleaning fee.

Children
Bights & Sounds Vacation Homes are meant for you to enjoy with your whole family. Children are more than welcomed. The owners certainly appreciate the importance of family vacations and can certainly assist you with any special needs or planning as required.

Licensed Day Care
Bights & Sounds can provide its guests with “drop-in” day care services, in Clarenville, through the fully licensed Early Discoveries Day Care Center. Mom and Dad can leave their children in capable hands, and get away for a few hours and take advantage of the wealth of activities in the area. Owned and operated by Chris Pike, Early Discoveries offers a safe, friendly and fun environment for children ages 4 to 11 at very reasonable rates. Although this is considered a drop in service, it is highly recommended that you touch base with us to confirm arrangements and prices in advance. This service is available within Clarenville.

Telecommunication & Internet Services
All Bights & Sounds Vacation Homes have a telephone for guests to use. No charge for local calls. We can also arrange fax services for you. To make long-distance calls, guests must use a calling card or place collect calls. Some of our Vacation Homes have a high-speed internet connection. If necessary, we can arrange to have a computer on site during your stay.
